You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return the item within a further 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. Return postage is paid by the customer.
For health and hygiene reasons, herbal products, oils, needles and other sealed items can only be returned if they are unopened. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered, and we pay the return postage.
