There are many benefits to knowing your exact allergies. It gives you the ability to develop a specific prevention plan, anticipate your allergy season, change your environment to eliminate harmful allergens as much as possible, and seek specific treatment.

At Care Cure, we provide 2 types of allergy tests. The price is 99 Euro and 179 Euro.

The 99 Euro option tests for allergies, intolerance and sensitivities for up to 110 food items, food additives, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) colouring and preservatives.

 

The 179 Euro option tests for food intolerance on up to 975 items, In addition to this, the test includes Non-Food Intolerance, nutritional deficiencies, metals toxicity, gut biome, hormone imbalance and digestive health & metabolism analysis.

Both tests will also make recommendations for supplements that you may benefit from.

The Allergy Test can be done either in our clinic or online

The process is conducted by obtaining a strand of your hair and completing a basic form outlining your symptoms. 

If you wish to have it done at home, please follow these 3 simple steps

1  Purchase your test.

2  Download and complete the basic form

3  Take a sample of your hair ( a small chunk) and send it to us with the form to the address below.

It usually takes about 10-14 working days to receive the results back. You will receive a breakdown of certain items that are being accepted or rejected by your body ranging from sensitive to moderate to allergic.

 

Once the test results are complete we will offer a FREE consultation with our practitioners regarding the results.

Items tested for include:

Grains: corn, rice.

Vegetables: alfalfa, artichoke, arugula, asparagus, aubergine, eggplant, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, chilli peppers, cucumber, courgette, garlic, kale, lettuce, leek, onion, okra, potato, pumpkin, radish, rhubarb, sweet potato, spinach, tomato, turnip, watercress.

Gluten: wheat, barley, rye, oat 

Fruits; apple,banana, blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrent,cranberry,coconut, dragon fruit,fig,guava,gooseberry,grape,kumquat,lychee, mango, mulberry, papaya,passion fruit, pomegranate,persimmon,redcurrent,raspberry,star fruit,quince. 

Legumes: Beans, lentil, soy, soymilk, fermented soya, pea 

Citrus Fruit Mix: Grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange, tangerine.

Yeast. 

Meat: Beef, lamb, pork 

Oils:  Canola oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil, grape seed oil, margarine, olive oil, palm oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil.

Dairy: Cheese, milk, yoghurt. 

Herbs and Spices: Anise seed, basil, bay, chive, curry, camomile, clove, dill, ginger, oregano, rosemary, saffron, sage, thyme. 

Egg/Poultry: Eggs, chicken, duck, turkey 

Beverages: Cider, champagne, vodka, wine. Caffeine; cola, black tea, energy drinks, coffee, herbal tea, de-caff coffee. 

Food Additives:  Colourings mix, flavourings, preservatives-mix 

Nuts mix: Almond, brazil nut, hazelnut, walnut, pistachio, sesame. 

Sweeteners: Sugar (white/brown) fructose, sorbitol. 

Food Additives: Artificial Sweeteners, acesulfame-K, aspartame, saccharin, sucralose 

Colourings mix: Allura red, sunset yellow, salicylate, tartrazine.

Flavourings:  MSG Preservatives mix, nitrates, sulphates, benzoates. 

Aeroallergens: Animal dander (animal hair), dust mite, feather, mould spores, pollens, traffic fume, tobacco 

Others: Cosmetics, chlorine, detergents/soaps, perfume/ fragrance, solvents, synthetic fabrics, Solanine, Pesticides.
