Shu Jin Huo Luo Wan (Relax the Sinews and Activate the Channels Pill) is a Chinese herbal formula traditionally used to dispel Wind and Damp, soothe the tendons and promote circulation.
Traditional actions in Chinese medicine:
- Dispels Wind and Damp
- Relaxes the sinews (tendons)
- Moves the Blood in the channels
Traditionally used for:
- Aching joints and muscles
- Aches that move around or are worse in damp weather
- Stiffness and numbness in the limbs
- Sore lower back and knees
