An Shen Jian Nao Ye (安神健脑液) is a Chinese herbal oral liquid. In Chinese medicine it is used to nourish Qi and Yin, calm the Spirit (Shen) and support restful sleep.
Traditional actions in Chinese medicine:

Traditionally used for:
- Difficulty getting to sleep or staying asleep
- A racing or fluttering heart with worry
- Forgetfulness and poor concentration
- Tiredness
Ingredients:
- Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix)
- Mai Dong (Ophiopogonis Radix)
- Wu Wei Zi (Schisandrae Fructus)
- Gou Qi Zi (Lycii Fructus)
- Dan Shen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix)
How to take: One vial taken by mouth, usually two to three times daily. Dosage should follow the advice of a qualified practitioner.
Contains Dan Shen: not suitable with warfarin or other blood thinners. Not suitable during pregnancy. Contains ginseng.
