Sheng Mai Yin (生脉饮, "Generate the Pulse Drink") is a classical three-herb formula, supplied as an oral liquid. In Chinese medicine it is used to replenish Qi and Yin, especially after sweating, hot weather or illness.
Traditional actions in Chinese medicine:
- Tonifies Qi
- Nourishes Yin and generates fluids
- Holds in sweat
Traditionally used for:
- Tiredness and shortness of breath on exertion
- Sweating easily
- A dry mouth and thirst
- Recovering energy after illness or in hot weather
Ingredients:
- Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix)
- Mai Dong (Ophiopogonis Radix)
- Wu Wei Zi (Schisandrae Fructus)
How to take: One vial taken by mouth, usually two to three times daily. Dosage should follow the advice of a qualified practitioner.
Not suitable during a cold, flu or fever. Contains ginseng.

For health and hygiene reasons, herbal products, oils, needles and other sealed items can only be returned if they are unopened. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered, and we pay the return postage.
