This aromatic sea salt pain relief heat bag is hand made in our clinics by our practitioners using sea salt. You use the bag by heating it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and then placing it  on the area affected by pain.
 
For best results leave the bag in place for 15-20 minutes. The bag contains a variety of herbs including jiang huang, ai cao (moxa leaves) and xi qian cao.
 
It is often used for sore or painful areas of the body and cramps.
